Our AC DC motor repairs shop in Virginia performs testing of up to 250HP with computerized reports and does refurbishments, new fabrications, and generator or motor slip ring repairs in Virginia. We typically rewind, repair, and overhaul the following:

  • AC Electric Motor repair up to 5000 HP at 4160VAC
  • AC Electric Generator repair up to 5MW at 4160 VAC
  • DC Electric Motor repair up to 5000 HP at 1000VDC
  • DC Electric Generator repair up to 3MW at 1000VDC

How do your Pump Station and Wet Well Rehabilitation services work?

We begin with the selective demolition of structural and non-structural components through concrete saw cutting and core drilling. Next, we proceed with removing and installing several features, like cast-in-place concrete structures, precast concrete structures, at-grade concrete equipment pads, walkways, driveways, and more. Additionally, we provide excavation services, design, and engineering planning if needed.
